Refund Policy

I offer a 30-day return policy, so you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure your goods are in the original condition that you received them; i.e unopened/ unworn, with the tags and packaging intact. Please also make sure you can provide proof of purchase so retain your delivery slip.

Damaged Goods and Quality Issues

As soon as you receive your goods, please inspect them and contact me straight away if it is damaged, defective or the wrong thing altogether. If you can add a photo showing the issue that is really helpful in evaluating the issue and making sure I can get things sorted as quickly as possible.

Exceptions to return policy

I cannot offer refunds on personalised or custom products. This will be made clear through out the commissioning process and we will work together along the way to ensure you are getting what you want.

Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from being returned.


If you would like an exchange please email me first, then place an order for the item you want. I will then issue a refund for the original order once received and inspected. Please note return shipping will not be refunded.


Once I receive your return and it as been checked an entered back into stock I will email you and let you know if the return has been accepted and if the refund has been issued. If approved you will be automatically issued with a refund via the original payment method; please note that this can take can take a few days as your bank or card company will also need to process the refund payment.
